Attend the Hay-on-Wye Literary Festival or the Three Choirs Festival. Sample the local cider or pick your own fruit. Follow the Black & White village trail or visit some of the ancient churches famous for the Herefordshire school of carving. Canoe, fish, Pony Trek, or perhaps learn a rural craft.
